On booking with Amorae you are agreeing to our terms & conditions. Please read through them carefully before confirming your booking.

Booking Deposit:
A £50 non-refundable booking fee is payable upon booking, this will secure your date. This will be taken off the total booking cost prior to your event date.

I would advise having your wedding trial 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day. The trial will be carried out at a location that suits you. We will discuss all aspects of your wedding day.
​
There is no obligation to continue with your booking once the trial is completed but should you not want to carry on with the booking but any payments already receive will not be refunded.
​
After the trial , if you would like to book with Amorae for your wedding/occasion, 50% of the total booking cost will be required as a deposit to secure our services for your chosen date. The remaining 50% will need to be paid two weeks prior to the wedding/event day.

You may add an extra party members at any point prior to the eve of your booking, payment for this can either be transferred before the day or paid on the day, however payment must be made before we start.
​
Once you have paid 50% of your total, you can not subtract numbers from your booking.

Cancellation:
If cancellation of the trial booking fee is non refundable.
​
On receipt of your 50% booking deposit following your trial, if you choose to cancel my services before the event /wedding date, your deposit is non refundable.

On receipt of your full payment for your event/wedding date, if you choose to cancel my services before the event/wedding date the payment is non refundable.
​
For other bookings ( special occasions, proms, parties, tv, film, etc) 50% of the total balance is to be paid upon booking, this is a non- refundable and will secure your booking.
​
The remaining 50% is to be paid up to two weeks before the appointment. Once all payments have been made they are non-refundable.
​
Travel charges
A 15 miles of travel is include in the price, when this limit is reached will be charged 50p per mile.
Any tolls or parking charges either in hotels, carparks or parking meters will be added to the fee.

In the event that we are unable to make the appointment due to unforeseen circumstance you will receive a full refund and I will try to find a replacement hair & makeup artist.

Allergies
The Amorae will not be held responsible for any allergies or reactions caused by our work.
It is the Client's responsibility to inform the Amorae in writing of any sensitivities/allergies/intolerances at the time of booking, consultation or at last 14 days before the event.
Amorae cannot accept any liability for allergies or reactions where they have not been advised of such risk.

A patch test must be carried out 48hrs before any treatment is carried out and then updated every 6months. If you have a reaction you must notify us start away as if you fail to do so we will not be liable.
